Income by Referring Loan Modifications
This program in the current market could be your largest source of profit share points. Additionally there is a way to make income for the referrer and the owner of the property.

Below are the basics of the program:

  1. Find and individual that is about five months behind on their mortgage. (Say $15,000 past due.)
  2. They should have a fairly high loan amount with monthly payments of $2000 - $5000 a month.
  3. Our lawyers will work out a loan modification that will eliminate the past due, drop or lower seconds, lower the monthly payments, lower their interest and keep them in the home.
  4. The fee is about $3000 average and if the owner holds off another two payments while waiting for the paperwork to process, they will have more than enough to pay the fee.
  5. The lowest Fee is $2200 and 200 profit points are applied to the pool. The average fee is $3000 and 1000 profit points are applied to the pool. Fees above $3000 apply 1000 profit points to the pool and 25% cash paid to the referrer and the originator over $3000. These are general guidelines but are fairly close to statistical loan modification fees.
  6. Have the prospect link to the forms website and fill out the forms that will be securely sent to and from the lawyer. The form will be coded with your referral ID and email.

* Each $3000 modification fee qualifies you for the pool and 1000 profit points are donated to the pool projects in the name of the loan originator.

Note: It will only take 200 full value modifications to raise the $2M for the mine.
